SSTC Launches GetSet Babies

We’re completely reshaping how we support infants and their families in Transylvania County. Smart Start of Transylvania County (SSTC) could not be more pleased to announce the arrival of GetSet Babies this August 2022.

GetSet Babies is an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting and enriching families after the birth of a new baby. We know that learning begins with life, far before school starts, so we are utilizing the strength and passion of our community partners to create an environment where young families can learn, connect, and thrive in the manner that best suits them. Small groups of infants and caregivers will meet and have access to support on a range of topics from lactation to mental health, learn and navigate local resources, and build relationships with other families in their community that will last a lifetime. GetSet Babies is the first step towards a healthy future for Transylvania County.
